These terms cover your use of wardogshacks.com and any software, loader, or menu we sell here. Buying a key means you accept them. If you don’t, don’t buy, and don’t run the software.
What you are actually buying
You are buying a time-limited license to run our software on your own PC for the duration printed on your key (day, week, month, or lifetime as listed at checkout). You are not buying the source code, the loader, the menu, or any part of our infrastructure. Your license ends when the time runs out, or earlier if we revoke access under the rules below.
Keys are personal. One key, one user. Sharing a key with a friend, reselling it, or feeding it into a stresser is grounds for immediate revocation with no refund.
Game rules and personal risk
Running a third-party tool in Wardogs violates the game’s own terms of service. We do not endorse that, and we cannot make it acceptable to BULKHEAD or Valve on your behalf. You choose to run this software. The account, the hours, and the storefront relationship are yours, and any consequence to any of them is yours too.
We publish honest status updates and hold the loader when a real risk appears, but no provider that is telling the truth will promise you will never be caught. Treat every session as a risk decision you are making with your own account.
What we do not warrant
The software is sold as-is. We do not warrant that it will be undetected, that a specific feature will keep working, or that the loader will be online every hour of your license. We aim for high uptime and we credit or refund on our own downtime under the refund policy, but there is no service-level guarantee beyond what that page says.
Access, revocation, and abuse
We can suspend or revoke a key without refund for: filing a chargeback while the key is active, sharing or reselling the key, harassing our staff or other users in Discord or tickets, or using our software to attack third parties outside the game (griefing lobbies is a game-side issue, not ours; DDoS, doxxing, and similar acts are ours). Ban appeals from the game publisher are not our jurisdiction.
Intellectual property
The loader binary, the in-game menu, the written copy on this site, and the branding are ours. Do not repackage, redistribute, decompile for republication, or mirror our content. Personal reverse engineering for your own curiosity is a grey area we will not chase; publishing the results is not.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s country of registration, as printed on the checkout receipt. Any dispute is resolved individually; no class actions. Before opening any formal claim, contact us through the contact page so we can try to resolve it directly.
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
